On August 17, join Rev Mary Martin for a service titled, Longing to Belong.  We will learn about Paryushana-parva, the holiest days of the year for some who follow Jainism.  Paryushana translates to coming together in English.  Forgiveness, humility, and sacrifice come together in this healing service of reconciliation.

Kaleb Graves used to be a white Christian Nationalist. Today, he fights against it through his work at UU Justice NC. Come hear how Kaleb escaped Christian Nationalism, and learn what his story can teach us about how to deradicalize others in far-right extremist groups.

Kaleb Graves is the Congregational Mobilizer at UU Justice NC and Justice Coordinator at Eno River UU Fellowship. Kaleb is also ordained in a progressive Baptist tradition and is an MDiv graduate of Duke Divinity School. He is currently enrolled in a Psychology MA at Fayetteville State University. His academic work focuses on the intersection of political extremism, religion, and alternate states of consciousness.
