For thousands of years humans have corrupted religion to be about greed and power with countries literally starving one another to prove their superiority, but Creation and “Christmas” are really to demonstrate the necessity of the care and feeding of one another. Let’s uncomplicate the mystery and see that it’s around an ordinary table that we should sit together with awe and wonder, tasting the goodness of the Lord and appreciating our own God-likeness as we develop a better understanding of what it means to have faith.
