True anger is a reaction to injustice. Defensiveness is merely fear disguised as anger. Sometimes we scream when we do not get our way. But if our way is not attached to equality for all then it is just spiteful desire. When we feel mad we need to determine whether it is fear, greed, spitefulness or justified.
